Pavilions de las Americas
Escape into some of the most inviting landscapes of Latin America. Three Pavilions de las Americas bring home the beauty and culture of Argentina, Chile and the State of Mexico to Musicarte de Fort Worth.

Fort Worth Sister Cities

The Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is very pleased to be able to collaborate with the Fort Worth Sister Cities on our Cultural Pavilions.  In special recognition of the 10th Anniversary of Fort Worth’s Sister Cities relationship with Toluca, Mexico, MusicArté 2008 will feature the arts, music, and culture of Estado de Mexico, of which Toluca is the capital. The festival will feature artisans from Toluca who will be showcasing and selling a wide variety of fine art pieces, including: exquisite silver pieces, elaborately imprinted leather, traditional wooden toys, colored palma, rebozo, and oil and acrylic paintings. We would like to invite all Sister Cities members and supporters to join us at the Estado de Mexico pavilion and be a part of the 10th Anniversary Celebration.

The mission of Fort Worth Sister Cities International is to advance peace through lasting relationships and international understanding. Sister Cities is a nonprofit citizen diplomacy network creating and strengthening partnerships between U.S. and international communities in an effort to increase global cooperation, promote cultural understanding and to stimulate economic development.

We currently have seven sister cities which include Reggio Emilia, Italy; Trier, Germany; Nagaoka, Japan; Bandung, Indonesia; Budapest, Hungary; Toluca, Mexico; Mbabane, Swaziland.

Here's a sneak peek at exhibitors who will transport you to the heart of Mexico, windswept peaks of the Andes or rolling pampas and the dazzling variety sites and seasons along South America's vast Pacific coastline. Watch for updates, then tour it all at Musicarte de Fort Worth.
